I slept all day. Well I was up all night till like 7am so that makes sense. I gotta stop this madness.
been eating pretty much the same thing all week. drinking lots of water. You can track my food on Spark People and give me suggestions because I just have a difficult time trying to figure out what to make or eat.
I got up around 5pm and went to the gym and finished Week 1 Day 3 of the ‘Couch 2 5k’. Today wasn’t as hard as yesterday. I’m surprised I went to the gym though. It’s nice to get out the house.
I lost 1 lb. Weigh 274lbs now. too many more to go. lol
This is one of the too tight size 20 stretchy workout tops that I bought from Wal-Mart this week. It came with a head band. Wooh look at that belly.

If I make it a month with this program I’m gonna get some new running shoes. I’ve had my 2prs. of Adidas running shoes for YEARS. lol. Like maybe 4-5 years. I hear that you can get injuries from running with old shoes. But I want to make sure I’m going to stick with running before I invest in a $200 pair of running shoes. I’m going to go to a running shoe store to get fitted properly and buy whatever shoes they recommend for my feet.
I don’t mean to sound reluctant as if I’m not sure that I’m going to last. It’s just that in the past 4 years I have started and stopped a exercise program many times, usually not lasting more than a week, so if I last a month to 6 weeks, i know that I will stick with it
