I looked at myself in the mirror there and my tummy is sooo big and I have so far to go to get rid of it. It’s disheartening. It’s making me a little sad. I wasn’t the biggest girl in the class though so that made me feel more comfortable.
The weight training class was fun, but I couldn’t do some of the moves. the balance moves particularly. and the floor work was painful on my hip bone.
I like the class but I think for now I’m going to focus on completing the couch to 5k and focus on my goal to become a runner.
I do plan to return to the class in the future for sure. It’s definitely part of my goals.
