Junk Food Trigger

The grocery store, specifically Fry’s is a huge trigger for me. I went to Fry’s Sunday for my weekly groceries and bought a slice of carrot cake which I ate half of. Then Monday I went to Fry’s for milk for my grandpa and I bought a slice of red velvet cake which I ate half of as well. Somehow I stopped myself from purchasing the carton of peanut butter cookies I had placed in my cart.

Today I stayed home for the day except for meeting with my trainer this morning. Therefore I’m proud to say I was very diet compliant.

I do much better with my diet when I just keep my butt at home.

What if you call ahead to see the price of the items you want to buy, and only take that much money with you?
That would help you from giving into your temptations then and there.
