Today’s Workout

My trainer is Mike from AZ Pro Physiques. Today we did some circuit training. 3 sets of (30 seconds):

Then we superset 3 sets of dumbbell curls to shoulder press and side to side jumps over a step

Then we superset 3 sets of lat pull downs with a 30 second run on the manual treadmill

Afterwards I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes. I don’t know how many calories I burned because my Polar FT7 heart rate monitor zonked out while I was on the treadmill. Really annoying.

It was a decent workout but I’m still waiting for the day when I have DOMS. I feel like I’m either not lifting hard enough or not working hard enough cause I never get sore.
