I don’t know why I didn’t lose any weight this week. I ate similar to the previous week. calories remained a lil below 2000. I think I’m going to have to start doing cardio twice a day to get this fat moving off my body.
I’m just happy I didn’t gain weight. Maybe I lost so much the first week that the second week my body had to adjust. I dunno, but if I’m not eating cookies and cake and dozens of donuts, I expect to see some weight loss, otherwise what’s the point? Might as well eat junk.
I’m going to do my best to start exercising everyday, specifically cardio. Got to get this body moving and my blood flowing.
I just spent the last few days reading all of my fitness magazines. I had about a dozen Oxygen magazines from 2008-2009. I threw some of them out and gave some of them away to my neighbor/best friend. I also read all of my magazines with Amanda Latona in them. I have 6 of those and I’m not giving those away. Eventually I want to get Amanda to sign all of them and I will tape them on my wall for inspiration. Reading those magazines really got me motivated and inspired. I need a new subscription to muscle and fitness hers but I can’t afford it right now. I thought I heard that Oxygen magazine was going out of business, but they are still on the stands so I dunno. The magazines really motivate me to exercise so I need that.
Anyway so my weight this week is the same as last week and I was already ahead of my projected goal so I’m ok with that, but this weight has gotta get moving.
