I’m having the most difficult time losing weight. I had to increase my calories to about 1800 because I wake up at 6:30 am now for work and since I am awake for a longer period of time than my body is used to, I have to eat more so that I am not hungry. So I added a peanut butter and jelly sandwich to eat at the end of my workday. I should be able to eat 2000 calories a day and still lose weight but it’s not working out that way.
On Thursday I had gained 2 pounds and I was so frustrated because I gave up all my junk food to eat salads and I still gained weight. Saturday I only ate 1000 calories and that made 1.5 of those pounds come off. So today I am sitting at a .5 pound gain for the week.
But this is really ridiculous, I refuse to go hungry during the week in order to lose weight. I don’t know what to do.
