I didn’t weigh myself this week. I can’t bear to look at the scale knowing what I did. Mid week I ate a burger with fries and a shake. I was just so burned out on salads and the same sort of food I needed something different. Then I came on my period and I was craving pancakes. So I went to Denny’s both Saturday and Sunday for their pancake breakfast. Saturday I ended up eating 3000 calories for the whole day. It was ridiculous. So I just refused to look at the scale after all that. Plus the scale always goes up 5 pounds when I’m on my period. This week for a little something different I bought cottage cheese bowls with fruit. I will check in on this Sunday with my weight after being good for a week.
