I’ve been really strict on the diet, counting every calorie and I lost 5 pounds this first week!

I haven’t been doing well with the water challenge my therapist gave me. I only drink water overnight as I sleep cause my mouth gets really dry. So I keep a cup of water by my bed. My mom ordered water bottles for us off the internet. It has how many ounces you drink on it. They haven’t arrived yet. But yea I drink like 1 cup of water per day.

    Have you tried adding lemon or mint to your water to make it more appealing? Being in AZ, mint and cucumber make for a nice match or I’ve heard blackberry and mint is great too!

    I’ve added lemon to my water but didn’t like it. I have had mint with water before , not really my thing either. Blackberry sounds good. Maybe will try that.
