I got a request on another site to post what I eat in a day. On Wednesdays, I meet up with a group of women for “dinner” at a different restaurant each week. I put that in quotes because for me it’s actually lunch. I wake up at 1 pm or later on most days. So I eat breakfast in the afternoon and when other people are eating dinner, I’m just eating lunch.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: 1 cup Raisin Bran and 1 cup of skim milk (270 calories)
Lunch: We went to Fuego Tortilla Grill. I ate the El Presidente which consists of Fried avocado, chicken, pico de gallo, jack cheese and chipotle ranch. I ordered it without the bacon cause I don’t eat pork. The fried avocado was good, but I don’t know why you would fry avocado. Anyway, I added sour cream, onions, and cucumbers to my sandwich. I don’t have a accurate count of the calories for this sandwich but I looked up chicken avocado sandwich on My Fitness Pal and it said 400 calories so I went with that. I also had sweet tea when I should have had water. So add another 100 calories for that.
Dinner: Chobani Strawberry yogurt (120 calories), 1 cup skim milk (90 calories)
For the day I had about 1000 calories
Oh and I lost another pound, don’t know how much it will be for the week.
