Today was the the end of my first week of bootcamp. It was so hard, I decided that my knees were in too bad a shape to get on the ground. Half of the exercises were on the ground though. I got on the ground twice and I couldn’t get up, my mom had to help me up. So I just decided not to get back down there. Instead of doing full burpees I just touched my toes.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: 1 cup of Raisin Bran, 1 cup of skim milk (270 calories)
Lunch: Strawberry banana Chobani greek yogurt, Beef Jumbo hotdog & Bun (480 calories)
Dinner: 4 slices of pineapple, butter chicken with basmati rice (390 calories)
