I gained 1.6 pounds. I don’t know how you gain weight on less than 2000 calories a day. I gotta reevaluate what I am eating. Mom says “remember you’ve been working out and gaining muscle”. People don’t realize you can’t gain muscle that fast. It takes months and months to gain muscle. Definitely not 1 week. I’m at a loss. This is the kind of thing that would push me to eat junk in the past. I feel like, what’s the point? I’m not progressing. Thank goodness for this medicine, I don’t want my usual junk food. Gotta push through.
Breakfast: 1 cup skim milk, 1 cup raisin bran (270 calories)
Lunch: Philadelphia roll, california roll, 4 oz. coke (820 calories)
Dinner: Chocolate covered cherry yogurt (150 calories)
Total = 1230 calories
