Day 51 – Body pain

I slept till after noon today, then went in to work for a few hours, My feet and legs hurt from standing for only 4 hours. I’m worried my body can’t handle this job much longer. I wish that losing weight would make it easier on my legs and feet. I can’t afford to lose this job.

What I ate today:

Breakfast: Fruit Naturals Cherry Mixed Fruit (100 cal), protein oatmeal (380 cal)

Lunch: Enchiladas Al Chipotle with black beans and rice (440 cal)

Dinner: Garden Lites Veggie Chili & Cornbread (340 cal)

Snack: So Delicious Cashewmilk Dipped Salted Caramel frozen dessert (180 cal)

Total calories today: 1,440
