This hasn’t been the best diet week. I’ve gone over my calories on several days. Today I was more hungry than normal so I ate a extra meal, which put me over my calories.
Breakfast: Fruit Naturals Yellow Cling Oeaches chunks (100 cal), protein oatmeal (380 cal)
Lunch: lemon poppy seed complete cookie (400 cal)
Dinner: Chinese Noodles & veggies in a cashew cream sauce (480 cal)
Meal 4: Meatless Pepperoni Mac & Cheese (490 cal)
Snack: grapefruit (90 cal)
Total calories today: 1940 (goal was 1,770 according to my Fitness Pal)
