I was disappointed in my weight this morning. I have eaten less than 1500 calories for the past 3 days and my weight was up by 1 pound today. Everyone is telling me to exercise. I hate exercising. Maybe I will find a yoga studio to go to.
Today I went to a morning meeting at work, then went to see the nurse about my cyst, then watched tv at my mom house, then she and I went to eat dinner at Mad Taco, then I went to my study group, I have a statistics test tomorrow.
Since my weight was up today and I was feeling bad about it, I just ate like crazy today. I’ll do better Monday and Tuesday, Wednesday I’m going to a Mexican restaurant, I’ll do better Thursday, Friday, Saturday. Hopefully that will be enough to get me back on track. I have to try to lose 5 pounds this week. *Sigh*

Breakfast: 4 donuts (we had a meeting at work and my boss brought donuts) (980 calories)
Lunch: smoked salmon wrap (310 calories)
Dinner: 2 Blackened shrimp tacos (670 cal), flight of flavored frozen margaritas (400 cal)
Total calories (2,360)
