I woke up and went to therapy. We talked about some deep stuff from my childhood. We’ve come to the conclusion that a family group therapy session would help me a lot.
Then I went grocery shopping. I live with 3 other people and we have a small refrigerator to share. I usually keep my stuff in the freezer cause I buy mostly frozen items. The only thing I have in the fridge portion is 2 bottles of water and my fruit cups. Anyway, I was so annoyed cause someone filled up half the freezer with their stuff and I didn’t have my normal amount of space to put my stuff in the freezer.
Then I facetimed with my grandma, yesterday was her 92 birthday. She can’t hear very well so it was good to do FaceTime.
Then I went to school where I found out that I got exactly a 70 on my statistics test and my overall grade in the class has dropped to a 76%. I am so upset, that’s going to make my gpa drop so low. I’m going to talk to my teacher and see what I can do to bring my grade up to a B.
I woke up and I had lost 2 pounds. I think I told y’all that I did really well the past 2 days on my calorie restrictive diet. Woke up today and my weight was 279. Just 3 more pounds to lose this week.
I went out for dinner with my Ladies Group tonight and I really tried to keep my calories around 800 and I succeeded!! We went to Abuelo’s and there wasn’t ALOT on the menu in my calorie range but I found the items that were and settled for that. It tasted good but I would have preferred something else, like I would have preferred the sangria rita but that alone had 700 calories in it or I would have liked shrimp tacos but that was over 500 calories, so yea I settled and I’m happy I did.
After dinner I went to Lane Bryant to pick up my package, and while there I bought a long sleeve pajama top for $7 and a 3 pack of earrings for $5. It’s always cold in my house so I need pajamas with sleeves, I have pajama pants but my pajama tops mostly are short sleeved. Anyway I thought that was a good deal on those items. When I came home I tried on the size 22 jean shorts that were in my Lane Bryant package. They are cute but very tight at the waist.
I will eat another meal tonight because I have to eat with my medication, but I will try to eat something close to the 250 calorie mark, or I might just eat a couple of fruit cups, cause that’s only like 50 calories.
What I ate today:
Breakfast: Oatmeal (380 cal)
Lunch: skinny margarita (140 cal), skinny mojito (110 cal), 2 avocado enchiladas (440 cal), seasonal veggies (130 cal)
Dinner: Lean Cuisine Shrimp Alfredo (240 cal)
