Day 38: Diet Part 2

I’m finally below 280 lbs. !!! That’s exciting, it was hard getting here. I’ve been in the 280’s since December. Now I just have to lose 10 more pounds by May 15. Gotta stay strict atleast 5 days a week. I find that I can stick to my diet the best on days I go to work. I stick to it the least on Wednesdays when I go to dinner with my Ladies group, or if I go out with my mom. So I try to schedule those days and schedule how I eat my calories on those days and allow myself to have a bit more. Mostly it’s cause I like to drink my alcohol and that is lots of additional calories. But I refuse to deprive myself of something I enjoy, because that doesn’t make my life happy.

Today I went to my mom’s house to print out the shipping label to return that camera I bought off amazon. I was VERY disappointed in that camera. it had no video function and the pictures it took were awful. My moms camera phone takes better pics. After that I had a daiquiri from the daiquiri barn. It was pretty good, it had a decent amount of alcohol in it.

What else I ate  today:

Breakfast: Quaker Instant oatmeal (310 cal)

Lunch: 1 bagel bite (100 cal), medium daiquiri (25o cal), Amys Indian Mattar Paneer (370 cal)

Dinner: Amy’s Mexican Casserole (380 cal)

Total calories today: 1,410
