Day 53: diet Part 2

well yesterday I woke up and was back down to 275 pounds, yay!! But I use Wednesday as my cheat day and I ate donuts for lunch.

So I have an observation, I have never done this before. That is , stick to a diet for almost a year. Yes I have multiple cheat days and I eat cake and donuts when I feel like it and yes I am only on average losing 3 pounds a month, but I am consistently getting back on the diet and trying more and because of that I am consistently making progress.

In the past I would go off the diet for 2 days, then give up completely for like years and years and gain a bunch of weight back. But this time I go off the diet for maybe 2-3 days but I always come back to the diet and that is causing me to make progress in my weight loss, even though it’s very slowly. I prefer it this way, because I don’t feel deprived.

Anyway I want to lose 45 more pounds and get down to 230 pounds. I figure it will take me 12 months to lose 45 more pounds. I am down for it.

My aunt sent me a gift card, so I have money to get food next week. Yes!! Everything is looking up.

What I ate:

Breakfast: oatmeal (280 cal)

Lunch: blueberry donut (340 cal), red velvet donut (350 cal)

Dinner: roasted broccoli with parmesan (85 cal), sweet potato (114 cal), potato salad (247 cal)  , bulleit bourbon (144 cal)

Snack: sweet earth general so’s tofu (330 cal)

Total calories: 1,889
