Day 54: diet Part 2

I could have spent the whole day in bed today, but instead I woke up, weighed myself (i am below 275 lbs now), didn’t eat breakfast, I just went straight to the mall.  I had a bath & bodyworks coupon (They said it expired but it didn’t have a date on it), so anyway Bath & Bodyworks had some good sales and I bought 2 body wash and lotion sets from their aromatherapy line cause it was 50% off. I also got 5 antibacterial hand gels which were on sale 5 for $6. The aromatherapy sets I bought was Sage & Cedarwood which smells so good, and orange ginger which smells ok but it’s a different smell, not my usual thing. I decided to try something different. Anyway, so they did have a coupon online for $10 off $30. I ended up spending less than $25 with tax. Now here’s my regret, I usually don’t like to buy stuff that doesn’t have a matching body spray. I wish I would have thought this through better. I like to layer my scents, I like the body wash, lotion and spray. My favorite from there that has  everything including the spray is the Almond Blossom, it smells sooo good. They have a new spray that smells good too called ‘sweet almond honey’. I will probably get that next. I have an addiction to buying bath and bodyworks stuff, and I do use my stuff but I have waaaaaaay too much of it, I have 3 shelves of it, It’ll take me years to use it all. I just finished my Black chamomile set, that smelled really good. I won’t repurchase scents after I use them. The only scents I ever repurchased was the Jasmine Vanilla (which I’ve literally had for like 15 years and it still smells fine) and the Lavender Black Currant, that one smells so good, I bought the body wash for it off amazon cause they didn’t have it in the store or on the website. That one is  ammmaaaaazing, you have to smell it if you have the chance. Anyway I used the gift card from my Aunt to buy this stuff and I went to the food court and got a large smoothie for breakfast.

Then I drove to my moms house and watched all my Bravo shows that I have saved on her TiVo, she’s getting rid of TiVo so I want to watch all my shows before she gets rid of it.

I was hungry at my mom’s house and the only snacks I could find was Boom Chicka Pop and if you’ve never had Boom Chicka Pop I feel sad for your life. Run to Sam’s Club and get it now and thank me later.

So I watched Real Housewives of Beverly Hills, and a bunch of Watch What Happens Live, then my mom came home from work and brought some shrimp fried rice. She’s fasting for Ramadan so I ate half her food while she fasted. Anyway, I finally came home at like 10 pm

Here’s what I ate today:

Breakfast: Large orange/strawberry/colada smoothie (510 cal)

Snack: Boom Chicka Pop (110 cal)

Lunch: shrimp fried rice (445 cal)

Dinner: mexican Casserole (380 cal)

Total calories today: 1,445
