Today I stepped on the scale and I reached my goal of 265 pounds. I’ve lost 5 pounds in 3 days. I’ve been eating absolutely perfectly. I have not gone over my calories at all. My new goal to reach by this Sunday before I go on vacation is 264 pounds.
Tonight at 5:30 pm I go out with the girls. We are going to Mr. Hamburger and there is no salad there. Besides, I love their Mexican Street Fries. So I’m ordering the fries and an ice tea. I’ve already eaten my breakfast of oatmeal.
The problem is I ate breakfast at 10 am and I don’t go out till 5:30 pm and I need to eat every 4 hours or I’m starving and have hunger pains. This means that I will have another meal before I go to dinner with the girls and ANOTHER meal AFTER I go out with the girls.
I’m afraid I will go over my calories today.
Here is my estimation of calories today:
breakfast: protein oatmeal (380 calories)
lunch: Gardein Shakshuka breakfast bowl (290 calories)
Dinner: mexican street fries (590 cal), ice tea (200 cal)
Snack: Sweet Earth curry tiger (330 calories)
This is 1790 calories and my goal is 1600. I tried to be intentional about my lunch and my snack and not eat over 300 calories on each.
