Summary of my Profile

  • I’m on my level up journey.
  • I am currently obese but losing weight regularly. I’ve lost almost 55 pounds since September 2018. I have 100 more pounds I want to lose. I am 5’7″ and today I weigh 257 pounds.
  • My caloric intake number is based on my basal metabolic rate. My BMR = 1,838 Calories/day when fasting and inactive.
  • I eat 1600 calories on days I don’t exercise. When I exercise I can add another 400-600 calories and still lose weight every week.
  • I am a vegetarian. I don’t eat anything from an animal except cheese. No yogurt, no milk, no ice cream and definitely no meat. The reason I am a vegetarian is because animals are our friends, not our food.
  • I eat protein oatmeal for breakfast. Maybe a salad for lunch and some kind of veggie meal with vegetarian based protein added for dinner. I can usually have a 4th meal.
  • My meals are generally 400 calories each.
  • I drink sugar free, calorie free sparkling water all day long.
  • I track every single thing I put into my mouth on MyFitnessPal and have for at least 2 years. I always know how many calories I have eaten and how many I have left. If I don’t have enough calories left for the day, I will go for a walk or run to earn some more calories.
  • I do not eat more during my period. I do gain weight during my period though.
  • I always eat almost the same amount of calories each day just depends on if I exercised or not.
  • I gave up alcohol and sugar for my 2020 New Years Resolution.
  • I love my diet cause I eat only foods I enjoy and I always lose 1 pound per week.
Slow but steady wins the race.
