Weight Loss Chart

I made this chart to remind myself that I am seeing progress each week. It’s hard when you are losing weight rather slowly to remember that progress is being made. I weigh myself naked Sunday morning so I’ll update this every Sunday. I tend to bloat and gain a couple pounds when I am on my period but I lose them when its over.

    Period time = extra water held by the body. Vamp up the post workout cardio with long slow walks and drink another litre of water. Expect the weight gain, which will be water.

    The weight loss and the not meeting of goals = cardio after weight trsining and rest.

    Re-read Roxy’s blogs. That woman knows her stuff.

    I think you are doing great VickiNicole – I have just made the same commitment to myself and I did my before pictures yesterday 🙂 I hope to run again someday – at this point I have a problem with my foot so I have to do spin or elliptical xoxo I hope to see you compete someday!!

    You are doing a great job. Posting your results is a motivator for you and an inspiration for others.
